You can order gift certificates online with this order form.  We will send the gift package to you at the address you provide in section 1.  By submitting this form, you agree to the terms of Above the Clouds' Gift Certificate Offer (pricing too). 
Section 1 is your information used for shipping and billing (please see our Privacy Policy).  If you need FedEx, give us a call to make arrangements. 
Section 2 is information about your guests.  If you need gift certificates for guests with different addresses, please use a separate form for each. 
Section 3 is for your credit card information.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  (You may tab through fields but do not use the enter key until you are ready to submit the form)
